The Customers screen provides an overview of all customers associated with your account within the selected project. This allows you to manage and review all customers linked to your project in one place. By viewing the Last Transaction Date, you can keep track of the most recent interactions with each customer, which is useful for identifying active versus inactive customers.
Knowing your customers and their transaction details is essential in the reconciliation process. If discrepancies arise, having a clear list of customers can help verify and reconcile customer-related transactions accurately.
